These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Outing Navy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required deposit.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of the trip.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Deposit Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The deposit confirms your reservation and covers preparation costs.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation, the amount may be held as credit for future use, subject to availability.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • Payments will be transferred to the new booking date.

5. Arrival & Duration

  • Customers must arrive on time.
  • Late arrival will not extend the booking duration.
  • The trip will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

6. Capacity & Guests

  • Maximum capacity is 15 guests.
  • Children under 6 years old are not counted in the total.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

  • Customers must behave respectfully and follow crew instructions at all times.
  • Any damage to the boat or equipment caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
  • Outing Navy reserves the right to end the trip without refund in case of misconduct.

8. Safety & Operational Conditions

  • The trip may be adjusted, delayed, or remain docked due to weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but credit may be provided.

9. Decorations & Add-ons

  • Decoration, cake, and additional services are prepared in advance.
  • Any changes must be requested before the booking date.
  • Extra charges may apply.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Outing Navy is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  • Customers participate in the experience at their own risk.

11. External Food & Items

  • Customers may bring their own food and personal items.
  • Outing Navy is not responsible for any external items brought onboard.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

13. Arrival & Location

  • Location: Al Qana, Abu Dhabi
  • Customers must arrive 10–15 minutes before the booking time
  • Late arrival will not extend the trip duration
